The top House Democrat is accusing the DHS secretary of "depraved indifference" after an ICE agent shot U.S. citizen Renee Nicole Good during a Minneapolis operation.

Congresswoman Kelly Robin (D-IL) is expected to introduce articles of impeachment against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem on Wednesday.

The fatal ICE shooting in Minnesota "has positioned more people to say enough is enough," Congresswoman Delia Ramirez said.

Kristi Noem did not say the "One of Ours All of Yours" slogan. Her podium had the message. Noem defended the ICE agents, saying they shot Renee Good out of "self-defence." She warned immigrants, saying that the "criminal, illegal aliens" would be arrested and the American citizens would be protected.

Noem said that more agents will arrive in the Twin Cities metro Sunday and Monday to help officers already there continue to do their work "safely."
